1. Lawn Care Services: We will provide lawn care services to you as outlined in the service agreement that you signed or as agreed to in writing. We will perform our services with due care and skill, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Payment: Payment for our services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit card payments. Any outstanding balances may be subject to late fees or other charges.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.

4. Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our services, including any breach of warranty, will be limited to the cost of the services provided.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold RC Lawn Care harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in our website and services, including trademarks, logos, and service marks, are the property of RC Lawn Care or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services at any time. We also reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
